Veo offers promo codes get ride credits which are added to your balance in your Wallet. Availability and distribution varies by city or campus. If you have received a promo code, you can redeem it by going to side menu and pressing "Get $5 free".
On this page you can redeem by tapping the "Enter promo code" button and entering the code, or by tapping the "Invite friends" button to share your code in order to receive credits.
Alternately you can redeem a promo code from the bottom of the Wallet screen by tapping "Add promo" and entering the code into the next screen as shown below.

I qualified for vo Plus and upon qualifying for that you automatically canceled my membership on my bank statement I can see where you charge me $9.44 and now you're telling me I have to pay a dollar to unlock the vehicle again I need to speak to somebody because this is not right
