Using a VeoPlus Pass

VeoPlus Pass gives you unlimited free unlocks and discounted rides where you only pay for ride time — available in 30, 60, or 140-minute options.

Please note VeoPlus Pass is only available in select cities at this time.  

How does a VeoPlus Pass work?
A VeoPlus Pass is a prepaid bundle of ride minutes that gives you:

  • $0 unlock fees
  • Discounted rides
  • Automatically applied to your rides
  • Flexible usage windows (1, 3, or 7 days depending on the pass)
  • Does not apply to rides taken on pedal bikes or motor-assisted pedal bikes.

Once all minutes are used or the pass expires, standard per-minute rates apply. 

Note: VeoPlus Passes cannot be used concurrently with VeoPlus Premium or VeoPlus Commuter memberships.

 

How do I buy a VeoPlus Pass?

  1. Open the Veo app and tap VeoPlus.
  2. Go to the Passes tab.
  3. Choose a pass (30, 60, or 140 minutes).
  4. Tap the ➕ icon next to the pass.
  5. Review the details and confirm your payment.

You’ll see a confirmation screen once your pass is active.

Can I have more than one VeoPlus Pass?
Yes. You can buy multiple passes.
Each pass keeps its own expiration, and your total available minutes will stack.

Where can I see my minutes?
Go to VeoPlus > Passes to view your total available minutes and expiration time.

 

What happens if I run out of minutes?
Your ride will continue, but once your minutes are used or expired, you’ll switch to standard per-minute pricing.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
VeoPlus Passes are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, even if unused.

Where does a VeoPlus Pass work?
Passes are only available in select cities at this time. 

Purchased passes only apply to eligible scooter rides. They do not apply to:

  • Bikes or e-bikes
  • Guest riders in Group Rides (only the host’s pass can be used)
  • Other membership types (passes can’t be combined)

Can I use VeoPlus Pass minutes on group rides?
VeoPlus Pass minutes do not apply to guest rides in a Group Ride.  Only the host may use pass minutes.

Can I purchase a VeoPlus Pass if I already have a VeoPlus: Premium or VeoPlus: Commuter membership?
VeoPlus Pass cannot be purchased if you are already subscribed to VeoPlus: Premium or VeoPlus: Commuter.  

Tips for using a VeoPlus Pass

  • Minutes apply automatically to your next eligible rides
  • Each pass has its own expiration—check this before purchasing
  • You can add more passes at any time
