Want to hear turn-by-turn directions or music while riding? You can pair your phone with your vehicle’s Bluetooth speaker.
How do I connect to the vehicle’s Bluetooth?
Start your ride in the app.
Tap the Bluetooth icon at the top right corner of the map.
You’ll see a screen with the vehicle’s Bluetooth name (like VEO SPEAKER 041444).
Tap Go to Bluetooth to open your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Find and tap the matching VEO SPEAKER name to connect.
Once you're connected, head back to the Veo app and enjoy your ride.
What if my vehicle doesn’t support Bluetooth?
Not every vehicle has a speaker. If your vehicle isn’t supported, you’ll see a message asking you to try a different vehicle when you tap the Bluetooth icon.
Do I need to connect to Bluetooth to ride?
Connecting is totally optional. You can still ride even if you decide not to connect to the Bluetooth speaker.
What if I closed the Bluetooth popup?
No worries. Just tap the Bluetooth icon again during your ride to bring the prompt back.
Tips if you’re having trouble
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on
If you don’t see the speaker name, try moving closer to the vehicle
Already connected? Just head back to the Veo app to continue riding
