Users can pause their ride at any time, with a live countdown showing the remaining pause time. Pauses can last up to 15 minutes and may be extended once, for a maximum of 30 minutes per pause. When a pause expires, the ride will automatically end unless the scooter is in a no-ride or no-parking zone. Pausing is allowed in all zones, including inside no-parking areas and outside forced parking areas. For group rides, one-tap pause and resume is supported, with group pauses remaining active until manually resumed. To formally complete a trip, users must take an end-of-ride photo.
